The highlight of our summer is the Barnstable County Fair. What started as a 4-H activity for two homeschooled kids (now in college or beyond) slowly turned into goats, commitments, friends, and a fair week in July that now anchors the year.
Somewhere along the way I thought, You’ve never done this before. How hard can it be?
So every summer, the goats load themselves up in the van. We open the door and in they go, ready for a week of fun.
